Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with all federal state and local regulations.
- Maintain accreditation and adherence to industry best practices and safety standards.
- Promote services and programs that enrich Residents lives and foster community engagement.
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
- Shows integrity and ethical behavior in accordance with the Mission Vision and Values of Fleet Landing.
- Monitor financial performance identify variances and ensure the community meets established financial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents families donors regulators and the broader community.
- Provide coaching mentorship and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability respect and professional growth.
- Represent the community at external events industry forums and within professional networks.
- Direct emergency preparedness and risk management plans.
- Position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
| Qualifications: Minimum Education Required: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Gerontology or a related field is required Masters Degree is preferred. Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility (as required by state regulations). Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living healthcare or a related field. Prior CCRC experience is preferred. A comprehensive understanding of senior living operations including assisted living memory care and skilled nursing. Prove ability to interpret and apply best practices in healthcare hospitality and aging services. Familiarity with electronic health records operational systems and data-driven performance management. Must have excellent written and verbal management skills and ability to coach/mentor staff.Passion for serving Residents and Staff a must!
