Our client is a leading company in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.
- Leading and managing the pre-opening phase including recruitment training and setting up operational processes.
- Ensuring high standards of guest service and satisfaction across all areas.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Managing budgets monitoring financial performance and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Coordinating with department heads to ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
- Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel operations with direct experience in pre-opening.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proactive person hands-on as well as strong management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in both Bangkok and Phuket.
