Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operations of the laboratory specializing in precious metals ICP and XRF analysis.
- Develop implement and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Ensure accurate and timely analysis of samples using ICP and XRF techniques.
- Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory staff.
- Manage laboratory supplies equipment and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends advances and regulatory requirements related to laboratory testing and analysis.
- Manage client relationships and provide technical support and consultation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Chemistry Material Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management with a focus on precious metals ICP and XRF analysis.
- Strong knowledge and experience in operating ICP and XRF instruments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of quality management systems and laboratory accreditation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience in precious metals industry is a plus.
