Client: Leading Fit-out and Maintenance Contractor
Essentials: Strong experience with domestic plumbing systems and boiler maintenance; fully qualified through FAS/SOLAS (or international equivalent); Full Driving Licence.
Location: Role is based on the road in the Greater Dublin area - Monday-Friday
Salary:(depending on experience)

Our client with over 30 years of experience have established themselves as a reliable and trusted fit out contractor specialising in commercial fit outs across addition to their core services they are highly active in building maintenance and are recognised as property repair specialists. Their continued growth has opened a new opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber to join our domestic services division focusing on residential properties throughout Dublin.
Boiler Servicing & Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and minor repairs on domestic gas boilers and heating systems.
Plumbing Repairs: Address a wide range of plumbing issues including leaks blockages fixture replacements and pipe repairs in occupied homes.
General Maintenance: Carry out basic property upkeep and minor general repairs as required.
Client Liaison: Communicate professionally with homeowners and tenants providing clear updates and excellent customer service.
Health & Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures report hazards and ensure safe working practices in domestic environments.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed escalate significant issues to supervisors and update job management systems.
Team Collaboration: Operate independently while maintaining close communication with the office and other trades as needed.
