Job Description:

• Conduct product Proof of Concept to the clients.
• Working closely with the internal teams to curate total solutions for clients.
• Responsible for calculating customization cost and delivery timeline.
• Produce Present and Propose high-quality technical proposals to fulfill clients needs.
• Collect & Propose Product Improvement that potentially solves market demands.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / System Information or equivalent.
• Must possess analytical & problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement temporary and/or permanent solutions.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills to create clear technical specifications and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Agility in adapting to new changes including but not limited to technologies and evolving business requirements.
• Understanding of REST API.
• Experience in the following areas is a plus:
  Presales (Mekari Talenta): HRIS Payroll Tax HR Labour Law.
  Presales (Mekari Qontak): Omnichannel CRM Call Center Meta Products.
  Presales (Mekari Jurnal): Accounting ERP Tax PSAK/IFRS.
  All: Visual Programming and or Low Code No Code Development.
