About the Role

Were looking for a Procurement Automation Analyst to transform our purchasing operations through intelligent automation AI-powered insights and strategic negotiation driving efficiency agility and the best value from our suppliers. Youll be responsible for managing vendor relationships leading negotiations and using SAP and AI-powered tools to deliver efficiency and measurable results.

What Youll Be Doing

Implement and leverage AI tools for automating contract analysis data modeling and workflow automation.
Continuously improve procurement processes through automation standardization and risk mitigation.
Lead high-impact negotiations with vendors across financial technology and general services categories.
Manage the full procurement lifecycle: sourcing negotiation contracting ordering and supplier performance.
Use SAP for PR/PO flow vendor management and procurement analytics.
Develop and monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings lead times compliance supplier quality etc.).

What You Need to Succeed

Familiarity with AI tools applied to procurement analytics or automation.
Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP in procurement operations.
Ability to lead process improvement and implement best practices.
Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

Process Automation: Experience applying automation to streamline procurement workflows and increase efficiency.
AI-Powered Analytics: Familiarity with leveraging artificial intelligence for spend analysis supplier risk assessment and demand forecasting.
Experience working in companies within the financial services sector (banks fintechs credit institutions).
Experience leading cost reduction initiatives or strategic contract renegotiations.
