What Youll Do

• Own the relationship: Act as the trusted advisor for your assigned customers and prospects.

• Drive growth: Identify qualify and close new opportunities (new logos upsells cross-sells services).

• Secure success: Ensure renewals and long-term partnerships that boost satisfaction and loyalty.

• Deliver value: Showcase how Minitabs solutions help customers solve challenges and achieve goals.

• Collaborate & win together: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.

What You Bring

• 23 years experience in inside sales business development or customer success (ideally in IT software or analytics).

• A proven record of meeting or beating sales targets.

• Bonus points for experience in Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

• A degree (Bachelors preferred Associate/technical degrees considered).
