Job Description
Overview:
As an Account Manager at Minitab you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers and prospects operating within a virtual team-selling environment. Youll be responsible for managing a defined geographic or industry-based territory focusing on developing new business opportunities (including new logo acquisition upsell cross-sell and services) as well as securing renewals and expanding existing relationships.
This role blends strategic account management with hands-on sales execution. Youll work to understand your clients needs promote the value of Minitabs solutions and build lasting customer partnerships that drive satisfaction and revenue growth. Your performance will be evaluated based on metrics such as customer retention Net Promoter Score customer satisfaction and growth in annual recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage relationships with assigned accounts acting as their trusted advisor.
Identify qualify and close new business opportunities.
Drive renewals upsells and cross-sells to grow account value.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build referenceable client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer success.
Qualifications:
23 years of experience in inside sales business development or customer success preferably in the IT software or analytics sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas or objectives.
Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics experience is a strong advantage.
Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Bachelors degree preferred; associate or technical college degrees will also be considered.
