As a Lead Financial Analyst you will be supporting Strykers Joint Replacement division for manufacturing/operations and play a key role as a business partner influencing daily decision making over production businesses.
What you will do
Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reports to operations and senior leadership providing clear insights that drive strategic decisions.
Act as a key business partner to manufacturing teams using data-driven analysis to support operational planning and cost management.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across manufacturing processes.
Analyze weekly and monthly performance against forecasts identifying trends and recommending actionable improvements.
Support the monthly close process including journal entry preparation review and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in developing and tracking annual budgets and quarterly projections contributing to long-term financial planning.
Prepare and interpret financial statements tax reports and internal/external reporting packages for leadership and regulatory needs.
Lead portions of the annual standard cost-setting process and coordinate financial audits ensuring alignment with corporate and global accounting policies.
What you need
Required
Bachelors degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent
4 years of finance or accounting experience
Preferred
MBA / CPA
1 year of Public Accounting
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be onsite at the Weston location 23 days per week
