We are a state-of-the-art 38-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital jointly operated by Atlantic Health System and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. We specialize in helping individuals recover from the debilitating effects of serious injuries or illnessesincluding stroke brain injury spinal cord injury neurological disorders orthopedic trauma and amputationthrough customized patient-centered care.
Leading-Edge Care Model: Patients receive a minimum of 15 hours of therapy weekly with daily access to rehab-trained physicians and round-the-clock nursing support.
Personalized Focus: With a low patient-to-staff ratio youll have the time and resources to provide meaningful individualized support.

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Assist patients with daily activities mobility and rehabilitation goals
Perform specific documentation in the patients medical record
Maintain equipment and supplies supporting quality assurance standards
Communicate effectively within and across departments to ensure continuity of care
Participate in staff education and pursue continuing education for professional growth
Apply knowledge of age-related care appropriately following hospital policies and procedures
Support a safe respectful and healing environment for patients and colleagues
Graduate of a Registered Nursing Program OR current enrollment in a nursing program with completion of base clinical skills
Nursing Assistant Certificate preferred
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
Previous patient care experience preferred
Strong critical thinking communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment while taking appropriate action
