The Office of the Registrar an academic service center for the University of Denver community takes an active role in assisting students and faculty with registration and advising by providing the tools needed to review academic progress create class schedules and successfully register for classes. Specialized services include but are not limited to registering for classes prompt transcript distribution degree evaluation and certification enrollment and degree verification classroom scheduling and withdrawal processing. We provide pertinent information regarding academic policy federal regulations and procedures as related to the procurement maintenance and release of educational records of our current and former students.
Position Summary
The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for the configuration and support of multiple student success and CRM applications business process needs analysis and data reporting and analysis. This position will interface with Student Success Advising and IT/EAS application developers to maintain and support applications and interfaces. This position will also be responsible for responding to production support issues coordinating system enhancements and upgrades writing ad-hoc reports managing cross-functional projects developing and providing training communicating system updates and providing day-to-day application support to Registrar and University staff.

Salary Rate
The salary rate for this position is $65000.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting.
