We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Finance and Accounts Executive to join our team at CureMD. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in accounting and finance. The Associate Finance Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
Maintain general ledger entries perform reconciliations and support month-end closings.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist in procurement processes and ensure timely transactions.
Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to support audits and resolve financial discrepancies.
Manage petty cash transactions and support the handling of daily minor expenditures.
Ensure compliance with tax laws regulations and internal policies.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Uphold integrity and accuracy in all financial activities and reporting.
Continuously improve financial processes and maintain high-quality data management.
Qualifications:
A bachelors/masters degree in accounting finance or a related field (or working toward one).
0-1 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.
Proficiency with accounting software especially QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong data entry skills and the ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Demonstrated capability to handle unexpected challenges and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively and ensure smooth operations.
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM PKST to 9:00 PM PKST.
