What Youll Do
Welcome guests with a smile ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience Provide personalized advice and information about hotel amenities and the city of Amsterdam Support with reservations ensuring efficient coordination of room assignments Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with all other departments to guarantee the best service Maintain an accurate logbook of guest interactions and requests. Ensure delivering top quality services at all times.
Who You Are
An enthusiastic professional with experience in guest service preferably in the hotel industry Excellent communication skills and a friendly guest-focused attitude Proficient in multitasking even in busy situations Knowledge of reservation systems and Opera PMS is a plus Thrive in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail Flexible working hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Nice to Have
Passion for luxury hospitality and the desire to contribute to unforgettable experiences Experience with different cultures and languages Local knowledge of Amsterdam for personalized guest recommendations.
