Yourresponsibilities
AsBusinessControlOfficeryouareresponsibleforthefollowingactivities
- Youadviseandassistwiththeimplementationofnewandupdatednon-financialriskpoliciesproceduresandmeasures
- Incollaborationwiththestakeholdersyouidentifyriskitemsbasedonbusinessknowledgeoftheend-to-endbusinessprocesses;
- Youhelpwithprovidinganalyses(gapanalysisscenarioanalysismajorincidentandimpactanalysis)
- Youare(co)gatekeeperoftheProductApprovalandReviewProcess(PARP)withintheTribe;
- Youcontributetotheriskassessmentplanandprepareit
- Youparticipateintheagileceremonies(marketplacessprintplanninganddemoriskwallinObeyaRoom)tostayinformedaboutthemostimportantactivitiesatalltimes.
- Youmonitorthequalityofthenon-financialriskframeworkbyidentifyingthekeyrisksconductingkeycontroltestsandgatheringevidencetoavoidtheriskoffinanciallossorreputationaldamage
- Youarethecontactforthe2ndLineofDefence
- Youadviseinternalstakeholders
Wearelookingfor

AsaBusinessControlOfficerweaskyou have:
- Current residency in the Netherlands and fluent in the Dutch and English language
- AcompletedHBO/WOeducationordemonstrablyanHBO/WOworkandthinkinglevel
- Provenexperiencewith1st-lineriskmanagementisapre;affinitywiththisfieldisaprerequisite
- Goodanalyticalcoordination&organizationskills
- Youareflexiblecommunicativestrongdecisiveconvincingandtakeownership
- Youhavebothknowledgeofprocessesingeneralandspecificofbankingandriskprocesses
- Curiousandinquisitivemindset able to prioritize work in deep dives administrative tasks and stakeholder management
