Description(Senior) Asset Sales Specialist
As Asset Sales Specialist you will advise and execute on the sale of assets at End of Lease or Default situation:
Asset Sales is a young and dynamic commercial team within the Benelux this role you will be part of the Lease Center of Excellence for Rabobank Group. This is a new team to oversee leasing activities for the entire Rabobank Group supporting the growth of our leasing market share for all three pillars (DLL Rabobank Retail and Rabobank Wholesale). With asset disposition and used equipment sales (refinancing) as key activities circularity is at the basis of everything that we do. Intensifying our collaboration with Sales teams and Collections & Recovery is key in our focus to increase the added value of Asset Sales to DLL.

Day to day:
- You will be responsible for executing the repossession and sales activities (negotiations with end-users and traders auctions) of assets in case of regular expiration of lease contract or early termination. This you will do from our Eindhoven office and from home.
- Proactively manage the inventory levels across the Benelux for both size and aging (Excel PowerBI)
- You ensure communication coordination and reporting and conduct necessary meetings as a precondition for effective and efficient repossession and remarketing.
- You will be a sparring partner for other departments within DLL and within Rabobank and will advise on asset sales based on market intelligence and asset knowledge.
- Explore remarketing opportunities (long and short term) in trader and professional end-user markets
- Actively coordinate publication of assets to the monthly sale on DLLs online Equipment Showroom.
- Identify potential buyers within national/international context
- Liaise with Account Management Asset Management and Collections & Recovery.
- You explore the used equipment market identify and build a remarketing network.

Essentials:
- You have a passion for one of the main categories of assets we finance: Transportation Construction and Industrial (processing & production) machines.
- You have a network within machinery trading or remarketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Dutch as English.
- Functional and technical understanding of the assets we finance.
- Good at building relationships.
- Having experience in the practical aspects of insolvencies is a pre.
