Assistant Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily client funds segregation daily / monthly reconciliation & FRR report
- Performing financial reports
- Manage full sets of accounts bank reconciliations and preparation of schedules
- Handle in daily accounting functions such as vendor payments and expense claims
- Assist in annual audit and tax filing
- Perform ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or other business-related disciplined.
- Professional qualification in CPA is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in SFC Type 1 4 & 9 at a licensed institution.
- Good knowledge in SFC rules and regulations.
- Experience with journal entries for IFRS and US GAAP is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft and other relevant accounting software.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin speaking and simplified Chinese reading and writing would be a plus)
