We are looking for a Fire & Life Safety Managerbased at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong!
As a Fire & Life Safety Manager we rely on you to:
- Be responsible for overseeing and managing Hotel FLS functions
- Ensure that the Hotel FLS systems complywith local fire safety codes and regulations
- Ensure that the Hotel FLS performance complies with the required Corporate Policy standards and procedures
- Plan and implement FLS systems inspection testing and maintenance
- Establish Fire Prevention and Emergency Response & Evacuation Procedure
- Be responsible for Life Safety Equipment & Systems Operation and Maintenance
- Supervise Hotel fire and smoke compartments including all escape ways
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3 years of experiencein Hotel Engineering division or in facilities management firm
- Minimum 3 years of experience workingin any industrial concern in mechanical & electrical services and infire engineering or fire fighting
- SLIM Certification
- Recognized certification inperforming fire safety engineering
- Organizational leadershipinterpersonal skills and training skills
- Excellent command of spoken and writtenEnglish andChinese
