Research develop and optimize algorithms and function codes for manufacturing checks in computational lithography including geometry queries boolean operations pattern processing and geometry measurements.
Identify problems and design robust solutions based on state-of-the-art algorithm and software technologies turning general requirement definitions into functioning software products.
Provide technical support of ASML products for customers in China. Communicate and collaborate with various ASML product and functional teams worldwide.
Education and experience
Bachelor Master or Ph.D. degree in engineering or science fields such as Physics Optics Mathematics Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Skills
* Expertise in pattern and graphics processing.
* Extensive experience in C programming language and knowledge about computational geometry.
* EDA or Tape-Out process-related knowledge especially in OPC (would be a plus). * Familiarity with Unix environment and scripting languages (Python and Lua would be a plus).
* Experience in advanced C (e.g. C14/17) will be a plus.
* Experience in software pattern design will be a plus. Candidates who are self-motivated possess strong communication skills and have an interest in semiconductor software are encouraged to apply.
