About the Opportunity
This role involves developing and implementing yield management strategies to maximize revenue of Discova Core Products and 3rd Party products across all channels (B2B E-Commerce IDE) while ensuring alignment with the companys overall business goals.
To excel in this role you must be comfortable working with data have a good commercial acumen desire for accuracy and high attention to detail and find success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align commercial initiatives with the organizations overarching business objectives.
About you
The Essentials:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience in OTA revenue management yield management or related roles in a commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and revenue management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Good business acumen and commercial awareness to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and revenue optimization techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address complex customer or market challenges.
- Proficiency in data analysis forecasting and reporting to measure and optimize commercial performance.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Able to work independently and within a team assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
