Job Description Summary
Maintain client relationship and act as liaison with clients on specific projects
Ensure professional advice is provided thoroughly accurately and within set deadlines
Deliver activities and projects within client expectations (e.g. time quality)
Keep the client database up to date
Consult internally and externally to help identify optimum solutions for clients
Contribute to meeting overall departmental fee/billing target
Ensure client disbursements are recharged to the client
Ensure work complies with firm procedures and guidelines (health & safety quality risk professional code of conduct etc.)
Keep own knowledge of relevant legislation and case law p to date
Proactively seek and undertake on the job and formal development activities to broaden experience and knowledge
Undertake and record the requisite amount of continuing professional development
Ensure deadlines are met and manager your performance with supervisor
Achieve annual objectives set within performance review
Support assistant in the team
