Job Description

Role: Technical Manager
Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: Degree/Higher Diploma in Architecture or equivalent 5 years post-qualification experience experience in design and detailing of mixed-used residential led schemes previous developer/house builder essential
Location: site-based in South Dublin; covering up to 2 sites; occasionally going to the central office.
Salary: 80000 - 85000
Package: Annual bonuses (up to 10%) company car/ car allowance pension health insurance annual salary reviews life assurance income protection travel scheme

Reporting into:Managing Director

Our client is a leading residential developer renowned for delivering high-quality sustainable homes. As they expand to increase their live sites they are seeking a Design Manager to oversee the design and technical aspects of the project coordinating all technical information from planning approval to completion.

The successful candidate will focus on delivering design excellence managing external consultants and ensuring the coordination of all aspects from M&E to structures and faades.

They will also support project managers oversee technical specifications ensure compliance with building regulations and work closely with in-house architects to translate planning schemes into efficient commercial solutions.
