Job Summary
PurposeOversee Alternative Project Delivery Method (APDM) projects from pursuit through Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) ensuring delivery within scope schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead go/no-go decisions SOQ development and proposal quality control
Coordinate with marketing estimators and design partners on APDM pursuits
Develop preconstruction scope budgets cost models and schedules
Evaluate plans for constructability value engineering and risk management
Manage design teams subcontractors vendors and bidding processes
Prepare and negotiate GMP packages; review contract language
Facilitate preconstruction and transition meetings with project teams
Ensure client satisfaction compliance and adherence to safety policies
Qualifications
Bachelors in Construction or Civil Engineering preferred
10 years of construction experience with supervisory background
Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of APDM processes estimating scheduling and contract negotiation
Valid drivers license; for company vehicle
