The Dispatch & Operations Manager plays a critical role in leading the dispatch team and supporting the Senior Operations Manager to ensure timely safe and efficient delivery operations. This position is responsible for optimizing delivery routes using both company-owned assets and third-party carriers to meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining 24/7 dispatch coverage overseeing order optimization coordinating driver load assignments and monitoring driver productivity. The role also contributes to driver recruitment training and performance management.
