Required:
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma HiSET or GED
- Effective communications skill both oral and in writing
- Proficiency using a computer/technology
- Ability to train personnel effectively
- Competency working in a culturally diverse environment or willingness to acquire these skills

- Previous work in printing and duplicating services
BASIC FUNCTION:
The essential functions as shown below represent only the key areas of responsibility; specific position requirements will vary depending on the needs of the printing services department. This position requires continuous use of independent judgment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Operate black/white and color copier.
- Plan and implement graphic designs and layout.
- Assist in all bindery operations as assigned.
- Clean and adjust all equipment in copy center.
- Order supplies for copy center.
- Perform all customer service jobs.
- Print confidential materials.
- Cost out copy jobs and assist in billing daily and monthly.
- Print various stock and cut to size.
- Assist in annual inventory.
- Assist with delivery of print jobs as needed.
ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (for every DMPS position):
- Attend work on a prompt and regular basis.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain satisfactory and harmonious working relationships with the public students and other employees.
- Assist with other duties as may be assigned.

DAYS:260 HOURS:8
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Constant standing and walking. Frequent sitting bending/stooping reaching/pushing/pulling driving lifting 50lbs carrying 50lbs. Occasional climbing stairs. Manueal Dexterity Tasks: Computer and phone.
WORKING CONDITIONS:Frequent inside outside and extremes of temperature/humidity
