Job Description

Toast is driven by building the all-in-one restaurant platform that helps restaurants operate their business increase sales engage guests and keep employees happy. Were hiring a Product Manager to lead customer-facing financial reporting and underlying data across Toasts Fintech portfolio. Toasts 140000 customers use these reports and data every day to track payments monitor deposits understand fees and manage their business. This role is based in Dublin and is on a hybrid basis - the successful candidate will be expected to join other Toasters in our central office at St Stephens Green two days each week.

Overview of the team:

Youll be joining the Fintech Payments Product team which is responsible for the platform that powers financial transparency trust and velocity for our customers. This role will report to the Director of Pricing & Funds Management in our Dublin office and will collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to shape the reporting experiences and underlying data models that support new financial products. With new capabilities across Payments Fee Models and Financial Services being launched this PM will be critical in ensuring our reports evolve to meet merchant and internal needs.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

  • Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to define and maintain reliable well-structured data models that power financial reports and enable scalable platform insights.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity supporting consistent definitions timely availability and accessibility across multiple use casesfrom customer-facing reports to internal systems like Salesforce.
  • Champion data as a strategic asset by enabling future AI automation and self-service toolingensuring foundational financial data is modeled with integrity equity and reusability in mind.
  • Own and evolve Toasts customer-facing financial reportsensuring they are intuitive accurate and aligned with the diverse needs of restaurant operators across sizes and segments.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality reporting experiences rooted in usability best practices and driven by feedback from customers and internal teams.
    Prioritize reporting enhancements that improve transparency and trust and align with the broader Payments roadmapsurfacing the right insights at the right time.




Do you have the right ingredients* (Requirements)

  • You must have a minimum of 35 years of product management experience ideally in fintech data or reporting-heavy environments.
  • Experience shipping high-quality customer-facing products with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical fluencyyoure comfortable with SQL data flows schemas and working with Data/Analytics teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment across complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes in ambiguous or fast-paced settings.
  • Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow improve velocity and help pioneer new approaches to building - contributing to a culture of innovation and productivity across the team.



Special Sauce* (Nice to Haves)

  • Prior experience working on reporting fintech payments or reconciliation products.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Hex Looker Tableau dbt or similar.
  • Understanding of US payments infrastructure.
  • Experience collaborating across time zones or distributed teams.
