We are currently partnering with a highly respected Dublin-based corporate team known for advising on both domestic and cross-border transactions across the full M&A spectrum. With a strong pipeline of high-value private and public M&A private equity capital markets and corporate governance matters this is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor with 26 years PQE to join a collaborative and commercially focused practise.

The Role
As a Corporate and M&A Solicitor you will:
Advise on private and public M&A transactions
Support capital markets work including IPOs and secondary fundraisings
Act on venture capital private equity and growth investments
Advise listed and private clients on corporate governance and regulatory matters
Support reorganisations restructurings and general company law advisory
Liaise with cross-functional teams on transaction structuring and execution
The Person
This opportunity is ideal for someone who:
Is a qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
Has 26 years PQE in corporate and M&A work from a recognised practise
Demonstrates strong drafting and commercial advisory skills
Is highly organised proactive and enjoys working collaboratively across teams
Is driven to build strong client relationships and take ownership of matters
