You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Associate Registrar for Student Records Registration and Scheduling and as part of the Enrolment Services management team in the Office of the Registrar (OTR) the Manager of Academic Scheduling will lead and oversee the accurate timely and effective scheduling of a wide range of courses.
The Manager oversees daily operations including staff and budget management in a multi-campus service environment leveraging integrated information systems and advanced technology. They also engage in proactive planning and strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies set service standards for departmental interactions resolve issues related to curriculum implementation academic records management and reporting establish critical business timelines and oversee business processes and departmental workflows in collaboration with the Associate Registrar.
The role involves gathering and analyzing data from various sources to produce reports that inform strategic enrollment planning and decision-making.
Working closely with the Associate Registrar the manager tracks service levels and performance metrics to meet Sheridans objectives. As a key member of the Office of the Registrar (OTR) management team they contribute significantly to developing OTR strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
