Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) team is recruiting for an Associate Director Immunology Rheum for the Southeast district which includes the following states Florida and Georgia.
PECS is committed to setting the standard on Patient Experience (Px) building more personalized seamless and supportive experiences to help patients start and stay on treatments across the portfolio.
Job Description
The Associate Director Field Reimbursement Immunology Rheum is accountable for effectively leading developing and directly managing a team of FRM who have access & fulfillment related responsibilities across Immunology healthcare provider accounts and executing on the PECS FRM strategy. The Associate Director is focused on ensuring healthcare providers patients and caregivers are enabled with the information tools and resources needed to ensure patient ability to start and stay on therapy.
They will also foster communication across multiple JJIM departments including Patient Access Pharmacy Access Medical Market Access and Field Sales.

All responsibilities of the Associate Director will be carried out with strict adherence to the JJIM Credo and HCC Guidelines in line with the FRM Rules of Engagement.
