The Horticulturist handles horticultural projects. He/She assists the Horticulture Manager to create programmes for the growth and upkeep of plants. He/She works with partners arranges work with the ground crew and prepares landscape documents. He/She is expected to know the different types of plants and work with designers to select the right plants and practical designs for specified sites.


Responsibilities

1. Supports landscape contracts operation timetable and reports.
2. Help prepare pest and disease control programmes.
3. Oversee and arrange landscaping works on site.
4. Plans and attends regular meetings with clients.
5. Prepares orders for various types of plants.
6. Provides professional advice on the selection planting and upkeep of plants.

Requirements

1. Diploma In Landscape/Horticulture/Plant Sciences
2. Independent individual with good organisation skills
3. Good Interpersonal skills
