Job Summary
Were looking for an exceptionalSenior Marketing Manager to lead our efforts across the Asia Pacific region. Youll combine strategic thinking with operational excellence ensuring Polaroids creative culture and iconic design legacy is brought to life in one of our most exciting growth markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the regional marketing strategy ensuring alignment with HQs global vision.
Coordinate with distributors and partners on fully integrated 360 campaigns driving measurable KPIs and impactful execution.
Build and maintain strong press and media relationships creating opportunities for high brand visibility across the region.
Shape and grow our digital and social presence by managing influencer and ambassador programs both in-house and with external partners and agencies.
Ensure a consistent and inspiring in-store brand experience through regional partners and visual merchandising.
Track cultural and competitive trends analyze market research and share insights and recommendations with HQ to influence global strategy.
Deliver regular performance reports for regional and global management offering clear updates and actionable recommendations.
Lead inspire and develop your team by setting annual objectives guiding performance and fostering a high-performing culture.
Forecast allocate and manage budgets across all markets to meet business targets and support regional growth.
Qualifications:
Extensive marketing experience: 10 years in multifaceted marketing roles covering the full mix with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Inspiring leadership: a proven track record of guiding developing and motivating teams to achieve excellence.
Empathy and resilience: the ability to turn complex high-pressure situations into clear actionable plans.
Strong communicator: excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence align and drive decisions across diverse teams and markets.
Commercially minded: deep understanding of ROI-driven marketing with a strategic yet hands-on test-and-learn approach.
Operational expertise: solid knowledge of product roadmap management budget control and process efficiencies.
Flexibility and agility: willingness to travel internationally and adapt quickly to changing business needs
What to expect
This is a full-time role based in our Hong Kong Regional office. You will be reporting directly to the Vice President Asia and working closely with the whole Marketing team as also peers from other departments.
