Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our crew in Budapest this position you will play an important role in providing exceptional customer support to both internal and external customers. You will be accountable for handling various tasks such as administration order management quotations and master data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partner functions such as sales commercial distribution and finance to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues in a timely manner!
- Become proficient in using our Customer Relationship Management systems to efficiently handle and lead customer interactions.
- Closely carry out to company policies operational regulations and departmental training guidelines to ensure consistent delivery of extraordinary service.
- Resolve and efficiently implement daily weekly and monthly key performance indicators to measure and enhance service delivery.
- Actively participate in efficiency and productivity initiatives to drive overall team performance
- Seek assignments and projects as needed to meet the ambitious goals of the business.
- Consistently demonstrate attention to operational details and leverage required computer systems to maintain a high level of data accuracy and quality.
- Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate partner departments when to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred particularly in an SSC/multinational/office environment. However fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as we value a diverse range of experiences.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred but not crucial as training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Education
- Government Body award or high school graduate required. Equivalent experience will also be considered making this opportunity accessible to a wider range of applicants.
Working Conditions
- This position primarily involves computer work including repetitive typing and regular use of multiple displays. Other physical demands are typical of an office environment ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
