Job Description

Summary:

The Manager FP&A will support the Director FP&A in delivering financial planning and analysis across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models preparing forecasts and budgets and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented analytical and capable of working cross-functionally to support both operational and financial initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly variance analyses and reporting packages for senior leadership.
  • Support the Director FP&A in enterprise-wide financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance KPI dashboards and financial reporting tools.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for monthly quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of long-range financial plans and 5-year forecasts.
  • Assist in benchmarking analysis and competitive intelligence gathering.
  • Support internal and external audit processes as needed.


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis corporate finance or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
