HVAC Service Technician $35$40/hr Commissions No Weekends
Full-Time MondayFriday

Were seeking a skilled HVAC Service Tech to diagnose repair and service HVAC systems while helping customers make confident buying decisions through our proven service process.
What Youll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Complete whole-home system inspections
- Present multi-option service proposals to customers
- Follow up to ensure clarity and satisfaction
- Collaborate with install coordinators dispatch and customer service
- Maintain a clean safe company vehicle and equipment
- Meet and exceed sales revenue and service KPIs
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time MondayFriday (6:30am6:00pm schedule varies)
- $35$40/hr 2% commission on sales and service work
- No weekend work

Qualifications
What Youll Bring:
- 2 years HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Strong sales and communication skills
