Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans including cost estimates budgets schedules and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise.
- Manage project scope timeline and budget.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to project team members.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
- PMP certification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management preferably in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound decisions.
