JOB TITLE: Retail Store Supervisor
JOB LOCATIONS:Lekki & Victoria Island Lagos
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
- Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of their stores in Lekki and VI.
Responsibilities
- Supervise sales staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Manage store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Maintain high store standards including health and safety regulations
- Provide coaching and training to sales staff.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Degrees
- 3 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary
N300000 N350000 Monthly.
