Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Gen AI Lead and Senior Engineers to join our team and lead the design development and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python and modern Gen AI frameworks with hands-on experience building evaluating and deploying AI-powered applications on a scale using cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications using Python LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and embedding models using Azure OpenAI
- Monitor and evaluate Gen AI app performance using DeepEval and Arize Phoenix
- Configure and manage Azure AI services via UI including Azure AI Search and vector databases
- Package and deploy solutions using Docker and Dockerfiles
- Build and expose RESTful APIs using FastAPI in a Python web container
- Utilize AWS Textract and configure related services using the AWS Console
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and production-grade AI systems
- Ensure best practices in security scalability and maintainability throughout the deployment lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Python
- Deep expertise in Generative AI frameworks and tools
- Expert in LangChain; Medium experience with LlamaIndex
- Hands-on experience with DeepEval for evaluating Gen AI applications
- Proficiency in Gen AI app monitoring using Arize Phoenix
- Expertise with Azure OpenAI including LLMs and Embedding models
- Experience using Azure UI for service configuration
- Familiarity with Azure AI Search and vector databases
- Experience with Docker and writing Dockerfiles
- Solid experience deploying Gen AI solutions to Azure
- Working knowledge of AWS Textract and configuring services through AWS Console
- Strong background in building APIs using FastAPI
Nice To Have
- Experience with other LLM providers or frameworks
- Exposure to MLOps or CI/CD for AI workflows
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science Machine Learning or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in AI Data Engineering and related technologies
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI ( Experience working on at least 12 Generative AI projects that have reached production (not just POCs or R&D)
- Experience with training and deploying LLMs using the above tools and techniques
