Job Description
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to meticulously gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing system functionalities against new requirements to identify gaps and define to-be functionalities.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise change requests for development teams.
- Execute comprehensive IT and Integration Testing ensuring solutions meet specified requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with operational teams to validate functionality.
- Facilitate deployment activities with development teams and provide essential support during hyper care and post-go-live phases.
- Provide dedicated helpdesk support for Warehouse Management Transport Management and Order Management Systems.
- Create report and dashboard.
