Your Tasks
- Lead and manage their MT Pharmacy with key responsibility to develop channel strategy and execution plan align with sales direction and control among team to implement according to channel direction to achieve key KPI for channel sales team.
- Created and implemented channel development strategies that enhanced business growth and gain market share in their channel.
- Manage all key customers in their channel to implement align with channel strategy.
- Developed commercial partnerships and solid business relationships in key customer
- Cooperation among other functional team (e.g. SCM MKT Training Retail Sales) to implement integrated plan to drive sales growth and gain in market share.
- Develop and negotiate for Trade Agreement as well as responsible for budgetary control in their channel.
- Ensure and monitor the in-store execution speed to market on promotion/ activities POSM All visibilities new listing at point of sales align to marketing plan account plan and timeline.
- Responsible for total channel sales forecast base on sales target KPI
- Coordinate with SCM team to forecast quantity of POSM NPD sample NPD pipeline promotion quota of total channel.
- Monitor and analysis business situation in their channel with recommendation to keep competitive advantage all time
- Handle the operation process between BDF and customers.
Your Profile
- Bachelors or Master degree of any field
- 5-8 years experiences in modern trade sales
- Having experiences in FMCG business would be preferable
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions customer needs and sales strategies.
- Maintains a positive attitude despite rejection challenges or setbacks.
- Perseveres through difficult negotiations ensuring long-term success.
- Understands the financial impact of sales decisions on business profitability and growth.
- Computer literacy excel in Pivot V loop Up and MS Office
- Have driving license
