realizacja i optymalizacja projektw specjalnych digital bazujcych na content marketingu produkcji video aktywnociach social media partnerstwach reklamowych e-commerce
budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z klientami bezporednimi i domami mediowymi
wsppraca z innymi jednostkami organizacyjnymi WBD w celu realizacji projektw specjalnych
wsppraca z zewntrznymi dostawcami w celu realizacji produkcji contentowych oraz implementacji stron internetowych
raportowanie i prezentacja efektw zakoczonych projektw
wprowadzanie do systemw i monitorowanie kosztw projektowych
OCZEKIWANIA WOBEC KANDYDATAKI:
Dowiadczenie i wiedza branowa:
minimum 2-letnie dowiadczenie w realizacji projektw niestandardowych digital
znajomo trendw w mediach spoecznociowych content marketingu i reklamie online
umiejtno oceny jakoci treci (pisanych graficznych wideo) oraz rozumienie procesu ich tworzenia
Umiejtnoci analityczne i kreatywne:
zdolno analizowania potrzeb klienta i dopasowywania formy realizacji do jego wymaga.
kreatywno w rozwizywaniu wyzwa projektowych
Znajomo produktw narzdzi i technologii:
praktyczna znajomo platform social media (Facebook Instagram YouTube TikTok)
znajomo wskanikw i narzdzi sucych do analizy aktywnoci na stronach internetowych
Komunikacja i organizacja pracy:
zaawansowane umiejtnoci komunikacyjne

RESPONSIBILITIES:
execution and optimization of special digital projects based on content marketing video production social media activities advertising partnerships e-commerce
building and maintaining relationships with direct clients and media agencies
cooperation with other WBD organizational units to deliver special projects
collaboration with external vendors to produce content and implement websites
reporting and presenting the results of completed projects
entering and monitoring project costs in internal systems
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience and industry knowledge:
minimum 2 years of experience in executing non-standard digital projects
knowledge of trends in social media content marketing and online advertising
ability to assess the quality of content (written graphic video) and understanding of the content creation process
Analytical and creative skills:
ability to analyze client needs and tailor project execution accordingly
creativity in solving project challenges
Knowledge of products tools and technologies:
practical knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Instagram YouTube TikTok)
familiarity with metrics and tools used to analyze website activity
Communication and work organization:
advanced communication skills
good work organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with creative teams
English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
