Your job
As our Hotels Operations Supervisor/Expert you will take ownership of our hotel operations ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while driving improvements across processes and systems. Acting as the key link between the Operations and Hotels Teams you will not only handle bookings payments and communications but also lead the creation of new workflows propose platform enhancements and provide guidance to colleagues. Your role will combine operational expertise with strategic thinking to deliver exceptional service and efficiency.
Your profile
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations including bookings payments inbox communications and timely resolution of hotel-related issues.
- Proactively spot and address recurring problems implementing sustainable solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and Hotels Teams translating operational needs into platform improvement requests for Product and IT.
- Assess when to escalate matters to the Hotels Team versus resolving them independently.
- Design document and refine workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Support team development through training mentoring and knowledge sharing on hotel processes.
- Maintain the Hotel-OPS task list track progress and share reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics identify bottlenecks and contribute to medium-term operational planning with the Hotels Team.
- Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in process creation and documentation.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working).
- Team spirit and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable with rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends).
