Restorative Aide (CNA)

What Youll Do
As a Restorative Aide (CNA) youll help residents improve and maintain their independence by supporting rehabilitation goals and daily living skills. This role combines restorative-focused care with standard CNA responsibilities to ensure personalized high-quality support. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with restorative programs: range of motion ambulation splinting/bracing transfers feeding grooming and communication
- Supporting residents with restorative dining and tracking meal intake
- Capturing and documenting weekly resident weights
- Collaborating with therapy teams to align restorative care with treatment plans
- Performing charting and documentation for assigned residents
- Assisting with standard CNA duties including hygiene dressing mobility and patient care support
Who Were Looking For
- Active Colorado CNA license (DORA)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of CNA experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Pay Range: $17.50-$26.57/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials:$2$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
