The SeniorBuyer / Category Associate will be responsiblefor supporting the CCFS Category Leads in managing the category strategies ofthe spend for Johnson & Johnson Companies. CCFS includes the followingcategories: Capital Equipment Capital Construction Facility MaintenanceServices Energy MRO. This individual will monitor analyze and report on theorganizations activities and ability to deliver against targets for financialperformance quality and service and compliance adherence.

• Identification and execution of strategic sourcing projects
• Lead and execute all steps per J&J Sourcing and Spend Management Strategy (RFI RFP Bid Negotiation & Contracts Cash Flow compliance) in alignment across the region and ensuring global maximum leverage
• Perform Stakeholder management to get visibility on business activities /issues and to become a trusted advisor to the business to identify sourcing opportunities
• Lead and support change management related activities and represent GS Sourcing in front of business stakeholders
• Work in close collaboration with Category team to deliver annual value improvements and drive competitive advantage
• Translate global strategies into regional execution and deployment in alignment with regional business priorities
• Manage own sourcing projects in pre-defined systems Ariba eMarketplace Sourcing SFDC
• Ensure and deliver compliance withregional/country Legal regulation on financial service reliability qualityinnovation and growth commitments. Ensuring compliance with J&J Financial policies (Advance payment Cash Flow compliance SingleSource etc.)
• Shape regional supplier base per the global strategy
• Assist in executing the vision strategy and implementation plan for a specific category or sub-categories of spend to ensure they effectively meet the long-term requirements of the business partners and deliver the maximum value for JNJ
• Manage supplier relationships for category specific preferred suppliers
• Support implementation of new solutions and introduction of thenew service providers
• Escalate issues that may impact the Global Procurement organization
• Manage own sourcing projects in pre-defined systems Ariba eMarketplace Sourcing SFDC. Assist in managing & prioritizing the portfolio of Procurement segment (Pharm MD&D and/or Consumer) specific initiatives and hands-on regional/local support in execution of sourcing projects.
• Workwith Category Leads to manage supplier relationships communicate changes tostrategy execute joint collaborative initiatives supplier contractnegotiations
• Support implementation of new solutions and introduction of the new service providers
• Assist in the facilitation development implementation and maintenance of processes policies guidelines Standard Operating Procedures and Business Operating Principles
• Stakeholder engagement change management activities
• Provide guidance and support to GS Sourcing teammembers on execution of sourcing projects. Share category knowledge andsourcing experience within GS.
