You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe ARM is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of key Syndicated Healthcare projects with involvement in overall management of fieldwork/QC data interpretation and the development of recommendations to present to the client ensuring client needs and expectations are met. The focus is on Autoimmune Diseases Diabetes and all other therapy areas outside of Oncology though involvement with the Oncology Therapy Monitor is also expected.
The ARM also has responsibility for growing the revenue of the Syndicated business in China ensuring budget targets are met with support from the Regional Head of APAC Syndicated and the Associate Research Director China Oncology.
Line management of one or more Shanghai-based researchers.
Assist in training coaching mentoring and assisting other team members.
Understand project specs and requirements including budget and deadlines and work with Regional Head and China researchers to control costs and study pricing.
Support new product development initiatives and proactive marketing of those new studies.
Identify opportunities to generate new business with existing and new clients in consultation with the Regional Head and the Associate Research Director China Oncology and seeking opportunities to cross-sell work within Ipsos.
Work alongside the Associate Research Director China Oncology to help ensure the budget targets (profit and revenue) for the China Syndicated business are met.
Be hands-on in the preparation of client reports and deliver high calibre presentations to the client. Where appropriate include the Regional Head on client presentations.
Build strong relationship with clients developing a full and comprehensive understanding of the business and their needs. Work with Regional Head to build strategic partnerships with client (existing and new) to anticipate needs and manage expectations.
Proactively build internal relationships with the global team including the operational team to inspire a mutually beneficial relationship to ensure your projects needs are met but not at the expense of other areas.
