Job Description
Requisitos:
- Superior cursando em Administrao de Empresas Marketing Publicidade e Propaganda ou reas correlatas (Disponibilidade para 2 anos de estgio);
- Conhecimento em pacote office nvel intermedirio
- Disponibilidade para estagiar em Itatiba (7:45 s 14:20 Segunda Sexta);
- Preferencialmente residir em Itatiba Valinhos ou Campinas.
Descrio de atividades:
- Criar e acompanhar os processos de requisies do departamento de vendas (SAP);
- Suporte na realizao de cadastro de clientes e fornecedores (SAP);
- Suporte na conferncia e registro de pedidos dos clientes;
- Suporte no lanamento e criao de Notas Fiscais de Devoluo (SAP);
- Atendimento ao cliente via telefone e e-mail;
- Suportar atividades de logstica ligadas ao departamento de vendas;
- Elaborar relatrio de Cadastro e Modificaes de Clientes e Fornecedores;
