What Youll Be Doing
This is more than just a tech role its about empowering our people with tools systems and mindset to work better and more collaboratively. Youll be the driving force behind our digital workplace strategy championing Microsoft 365 adoption exploring practical AI applications and ensuring our infrastructure is secure scalable and future ready.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the digital workplace transformation developing and delivering a roadmap that enhances productivity and user experience across the business.
- Championing collaboration tools driving adoption of Microsoft 365 and other platforms to streamline communication and workflows.
- Exploring the power of AI partnering with stakeholders to identify practical use cases and pilot innovative solutions that make a difference.
- Overseeing infrastructure and cybersecurity managing our MSP to ensure services are secure reliable and aligned with business needs.
- Be a change leader engaging stakeholders delivering training and supporting change management to embed new ways of working.
What Youll Bring
To succeed in this role youll bring at least five years experience in leading digital workplace initiatives with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams SharePoint OneDrive Outlook Power Platform).
Youre confident navigating both technical and business environments with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and communication skills allow you to engage stakeholders at all levels and youve got a proven track record of delivering digital solutions that drive meaningful change.
Above all youre curious proactive and passionate about continuous improvement and emerging technologies!
Bonus Points For:
- Experience managing MSPs or external vendors
- Microsoft certifications
