How you will create an impact
- Provide Marine claim services to clients locally and internationally.
- Properly handle clients expectation as well as maintain service level agreement.
- Investigate and make technical Marine claim decisions under regulatory environment.
- Be supportive and align with underwriters and other functions for optimal outcome and performance.
- Manage and analyze portfolios in accordance with company policy and guidelines.
What youll need to succeed
- Relevant qualification preferred.
- Marine claim experience is preferred.
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
- Strong articulate communication with high responsibilities and service mind.
