We administer the pension benefits and investment assets of the Public Service Superannuation Plan and the Teachers Pension Plan and administer the pension benefits of the Members Retiring Allowances and the three former Sydney Steel pension plans.

The opportunity
Working collaboratively within the Pensions division and reporting to the Chief Pension Officer (CPO) you will oversee the accurate and timely processing of pension contributions and data for over 80000 members across multiple pension plans while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
You are responsible for accurate and timely pension remittances from employers and data integrity within our pension administration system Ariel. You lead audits onboarding processes and continuous improvements while managing a high-performing team and providing strategic support for system changes and employer relations. Your role involves cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical issues enhance workflows and support corporate strategic goals through strong interdepartmental partnerships
As the Manager Employer Services you will build strong relationships with internal teams government departments unions and external service providers ensure high data quality and integrity. The position requires high-level problem-solving and innovation to address complex legislative changes system limitations and the diverse needs of employers. You will exercise strategic judgment and work collaboratively across departments.
