Job Title: Candidate Processor Division: Operations Department: Human Resources Ministries Reports To: Director of Human Resources FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (FT) Position Summary: In close collaboration with other WorldVenture departments the Candidate Processor ensures the hiring of global workers for all of WorldVentures service categories and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities: As part of the Human Resources Ministries team this position will focus on: - Gain and utilize the understanding of WorldVenture culture policies processes and ministries in the coaching process to determine fit with WorldVenture
- Cultivate relationships with other departments to maintain a full picture of WorldVentures strategy and details for new applicants.
- Update and maintain the online application system.
- Maintain WorldVenture databases with candidate and applicant tracking information documentation and status changes keeping all necessary individuals and departments informed regarding the progress of each applicant.
- Serve as a candidate reviewer for all service categories.
- Schedule and facilitate candidate review committees (CRC) and candidate interview committees (CIC).
- Maintain process documents outlining application and hiring procedures. Work with the Director of Human Resources Ministries to verify and collect all state and federal legal hiring required documents.
- Assist with global worker training as needed.
- Facilitate successful handoff of appointees to the: Paraclete Services Mentors Finance and Global Initiatives team.
- Facilitate regular training sessions for CIC interviewers to reinforce WV hiring ethos and focus on capacity character and competency.
- Track and submit monthly expense reports for candidate processing and contracted psychologist.

Education and Formal Training:
- Bachelors Degree (preferably in Human Resources). Relevant work experience or applicable credentials and/or certificates may be a substitute for a degree.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role
- Previous overseas ministry experience preferred
Work Environment/Physical Activities:
- Hybrid schedule consisting of both office and remote work
