2. Education and Training - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant area of expertise. Knowledge of principles and methods for training material development.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education technical certifications or training or work/military experience.
U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Training Program Graduate (desired);
Four years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.
Minimum of 3 years solid experience in a functional training role with emphasis on systems operation and maintenance.
