Position: Program Evaluation and Quality Specialist
In this role you will be at the forefront of driving positive change by collaborating closely with our program staff and Director of Quality. Your mission is to harness the power of meaningful evaluation data to provide programs with feedback that truly matters. The candidate must have experience in program evaluation and an interest in youth mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with program staff and under the direction of the Director of Quality to develop maintain and report on relevant processes and outcome data in a timely manner.
- Collect input update and manage data across various platforms including but not limited to Alchemer and those required by funders/regulators ensuring data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Support both qualitative and quantitative data analysis of consumer care/quality measures in accordance with acceptable statistical and quality improvement processes/systems.
- Analyze evaluate and measure program outcomes and provide input for sustainability and evaluation planning.
- Support and make recommendations for use of rapid cycle PDSA to manage continuous quality improvement.
- Support fidelity monitoring of Evidence-Based Practices.
- Build and manage evaluation and outcome reports in appropriate software ensure they are accurate and share them with various internal and external stakeholders including staff partner agencies and funders.
- Work with Director of Quality to develop new outcome tracking systems.
- Review indicators on an annual basis to ensure they are appropriate for goals of the program.
- Break out evaluation and outcome data by identified key features as indicated by program.
- Develop graphs infographics and other types of data visualizations for reports and presentations so that reports are clear and easy to understand.
- Work with IT team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) or other assessment software/databases as applicable.
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
- Serve on the Quality Improvement Committee.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred in Public Health Statistics Social Work Public Administration Psychology Sociology or related discipline.
- Program evaluation experience preferred.
- Proficiency with software tools for data analysis spreadsheets database management and online survey tools.
- Preferred experience in public health youth mental health substance use disorders and advancing health equity.
- A strong desire to learn and leverage new technologies and the ability to train others.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook Teams Word Excel and Publisher.
Skills and Abilities:
- 1.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills attention to detail accuracy and adaptability.
- Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent data collection analysis and reporting ability required.
- Able to develop evaluation plans.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines and work in high-pressure situations.
- Able and interested to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Independent judgement and self-direction to complete assigned tasks and identify tools and approaches for analyses.
- An understanding of professional ethics and issues of confidentiality. The ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team.
- Willingness to learn and use new technologies and train others.
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or French Creole preferred.

Salary Range: $50000 - $52000
