Role: Fintech Sales Executive (Europe Region)
Experience : 5 Years
Work Location : Hyderabad
Mode: Fulltime
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fintech Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial technology sector and proven experience in sales within the European market. You will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the fintech industry across Europe.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on fintech trends competitor activities and regulatory changes in Europe.
  • Use market intelligence to identify potential growth areas.
Sales Cycle Management:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and product demonstrations.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product marketing and customer success teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipelines and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience:
  • 5 years of sales experience preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales in the European region.
Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of fintech services.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the European financial market.
Languages:
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
